Shipping Specialist
Job Description
The Shipping Specialist is responsible for coordinating export and import shipments, preparing and verifying shipping documents, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of all required paperwork.
Key Tasks
- Liaise with various shipping lines and freight forwarders to schedule and confirm export/import shipments
- Generate and email proforma shipping documents; verify accuracy of proforma and final Bills of Lading, Sales Invoices, Packing Lists, and other required documents
- Follow up with relevant parties to ensure all shipping documents (e.g., ISF, COO, Phytosanitary Certificate, BFAD Health Certificate) are submitted on time and contain complete, correct information
- Provide shipping confirmations and advance copies of final documents to customers; dispatch original documents via courier promptly

Job Description
This position attends and responds to equipment problems relative to mechanical and electrical trouble during the shift, execute emergency repairs to avoid costly operation, shutdown and downtime of machine/equipment. Key Tasks
- Ensures all emergency problems of operating shift regarding the repair and troubleshooting of Electrical and Mechanical Problems are attended immediately (on time all the time)

Job Description
Responsible for the requirements of warehousing activities such as materials and equipment preparation for receiving of finished goods and proper manpower allocation for warehouse activities (FGA/PPI).

Job Description
Responsible for analyzing and reporting weekly inventory reports, with a focus in providing solutions for slow moving materials, excess and aging & quality rejects to increase overall turns.
Key Tasks
- Manage and maintain current inventory. Assess and monitor warehouse inventory transactions. Interface with various departments such QA, PPIC, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing to meet supply chain objectives. Work to keep appropriate and accurate inventories.
- Identify usages and inventory issues. Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory, including but not limited to inventory count reconciliation.
- Generate and maintain a weekly inventory report on inventory balances, excess and aging. Performs regular inventory counts and verify the numbers against shipping and receiving logs.
- Reports undesired inventory levels to management for immediate resolution.
- Analyze root causes of inventory issues and provide resolution in close coordination with Inventory, Warehouse and Shipping supervisors, respectively.

Job Description
